The facility holds two production halls: card production line with a CTP studio, offset printing press, screen printing machine, mag tape layer, sheet to sheet and reel to sheet collators, stack laminators, punching machines, hot stamp finishing and automatic visual inspection stands and personalization & lettershop with inkjet DoD, thermo-transfer or embossing for card personalization, in-line mag tape encoding, scratch-off label and card to carrier application with data matching in option.
With a high volume production line we are able to produce up to 8 million cards per month and deliver another 3 million ready-to-go solutions with individual number, encoding and matching with corresponding card carrier.
Operating with a flexible shift pattern and adjustable production planning we are able to meet most demanding and urgent delivery dates.
